Quick answers

Which app should I use?

Use the Customer app to place orders. Use the Shop Owner app to set up and run a shop.

Can I place an order on this website?

No. This page explains Local Malige. Orders and shop setup are done in the apps.

Is home delivery available?

Orders are for collection at the shop. Some shop owners may send the order to you. Local Malige does not provide delivery.

How do I pay?

Pay in the app by UPI to the shop's own UPI ID, or pay cash at the shop. The money goes to the shop. Local Malige does not collect or settle it.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, in the Customer app, until the shop confirms it. After that, contact the shop.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Contact the shop. Prices, stock, and the goods are the shop's. Local Malige only provides the app.

How can a shop join?

Install the Shop Owner app and add the shop. It goes live after approval. A software subscription may be required for the shop to stay open to customers.

How do I sign in?

Verify your mobile number with an OTP. The same method is used in both apps.

Is an iPhone app available?

Not at this time. The apps are for Android only.

How do I install the app?

Download the Android file from this page and open it on your phone. The apps are not on Google Play yet.
